Privacy notice
Last updated October 27, 2026
Allier Professional Corporation (“Allier”) respects your privacy. This notice explains what personal information we collect through alliertax.com, why we collect it, and how we protect it. We handle personal information in line with Alberta’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).
What we collect
When you use the contact form, we collect the details you choose to send: your name, company, email address, and message.
Please don’t send sensitive information through the form, such as Social Insurance or Social Security numbers, tax returns, or financial account details. We’ll arrange a secure way to exchange documents if we work together.
To protect the form from spam and abuse, Cloudflare Turnstile checks each submission and processes technical information such as your IP address and browser details.
How we use it
We use the information you send only to respond to your inquiry and, if you ask us to, to follow up about our services. We don’t sell or rent personal information, and we don’t use it for advertising.
Service providers outside Canada
We rely on a small number of service providers: Cloudflare hosts this website and protects it from abuse, Resend delivers contact form messages to us, and Microsoft 365 hosts our email. These providers may store or process information outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be subject to the laws of those countries.
You can request written information about our policies and practices for service providers outside Canada, or ask questions about how they handle personal information, by contacting us as described below.
Cookies and analytics
This site doesn’t use advertising or analytics cookies. Cloudflare may set cookies that are strictly necessary to keep the site and contact form secure.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry messages only as long as we need them to respond to you and to meet our legal and professional record-keeping obligations, and then securely delete them.
Your choices
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent to its use, subject to legal or contractual restrictions. If you’re not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Alberta.
